Mentorship is a protected relationship in which a more knowledgeable or experienced person guide and nurtures the professional development or growth of another, outside the normal manager/subordinate line management. Coaching

Most coaching sessions range from weekly to monthly.  Depending on the situation, the coach will work to meet the needs of the coachee to make sure you reach your objectives.  On average, coaches value your time and try to keep the calls to under 60 minutes. 

Mentorships

Since mentorships are different than coaching, so is the meeting timeline.  On average, our mentor meets with the mentee once a week for 45 to 60 minutes.

Depends on what consider expensive and what growth and development means to you. 

Coaching on average range from $299 to $1500, per month.  Depends on the commitment.

Mentorships on average range from $100 to $300, per month.

This is a common statement that we hear often.  Our goal is to help you grow and develop.  It is ok to be nervous, we can still be nervous in new situations.  This is good for all of us involved, we can grow together.  We provide a friendly atmosphere and will be part of our family.  Not for just during the sessions but beyond.  Our goal is to help you succeed and to use the information beyond when our sessions stop.  We are all about communication, empathy, understanding, and doing what it takes to help others.
