Let’s have a conversation and see where it goes!

Coaching in organization and leadership settings is also an invaluable tool for developing people across a wide range of needs. The benefits of coaching are many; 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more (source: ICF 2009).
Mentorship is a protected relationship in which a more knowledgeable or experienced person guide and nurtures the professional development or growth of another, outside the normal manager/subordinate line management. In both business and personal life, we should all be seeking to develop our skills, continually learn new things, and challenge ourselves on a regular basis. Mentorship achieves its goals primarily by listening with empathy, sharing experiences, developing insight through reflection, and encouraging the mentee to take action towards the achievement of self-driven goals.
Powerful benefits of mentorships:
- Career development
- Scientific and technical development
- Leadership development
- Professional development
- Learn from other’s experiences
- Learn to ask good questions
- Being supported by someone
- Increased chance of promotion
- Increased job satisfaction
- Work-life balance
- Managing interpersonal relationships at work
- Navigating the organizational structure and operations
- Increased self-confidence
- Increased self-awareness
- Develop strong communication skills
- Exposure to new and different perspectives
- Improve goal setting
Coaching

Since mentorships are different than coaching, so is the meeting timeline. On average, our mentor meets with the mentee once a week for 45 to 60 minutes.
Depends on what consider expensive and what growth and development means to you.
Coaching on average range from $299 to $1500, per month. Depends on the commitment.
Mentorships on average range from $100 to $300, per month.
This is a common statement that we hear often. Our goal is to help you grow and develop. It is ok to be nervous, we can still be nervous in new situations. This is good for all of us involved, we can grow together. We provide a friendly atmosphere and will be part of our family. Not for just during the sessions but beyond. Our goal is to help you succeed and to use the information beyond when our sessions stop. We are all about communication, empathy, understanding, and doing what it takes to help others.
